About the Author: Tara Bennett-Goleman
Tara Bennett-Goleman has dedicated many years to studying with prominent meditation masters in the Vipassana and Dzogchen traditions across Nepal, India, Bhutan, and Northwest China. This transformative experience informs their work, merging the insights of Eastern wisdom with Western modalities.
